Proposed Art Direction of the 2015 US Open Campaign. A grid was used to showcase the excitement of the US Open in each piece of communication using photos of food, drinks, celebrities, players and tennis action. Photos from professional photographers and fans’ social media posts would both be used to illustrate the wide range of experiences one can have at the US Open.

Each piece of communication would highlight a different experience: players, souvenirs, surprises, celebrities, celebrations, fan selfies, food, drinks, etc.


Art Direction bought by client for the 2015 US Open Campaign. We use bold, witty, contextually relevant, conversational headlines and stunning, emotional photography in a white framing element to convey the excitement of everything the US Open has to offer. This final aesthetic will be used in all advertising collateral: Newspaper and Magazine Ads, Web Banners, OOH Billboards and Bus & Train Wraps.
